Year 6's Blog

What we've been learning about:

Posted on
Dec 2017

This week has been very busy! Everyone has taken part in some Christmas-themed maths with some great teamwork shown. In literacy, everyone took part in a Christmas SPaG quiz and it was very close deciding the winners. Tomorrow is our party and remember, if you bring in £1 for Mrs Heap's charity - Shelter, you can wear a Christmas jumper and slippers. We are looking forward to seeing all the crazy jumpers you arrive in!

We would like to say a Merry Christmas to everyone in Year 6 and all their families. It has been a fantastic start to Year 6. You have all worked really hard and should be very proud of how you have settled into the routine and how you have tackled the SATs papers we have done so far.

Have a lovely two weeks and see you in January!

"This is a school that works hard to develop children's potential. Both my children have been, and are, very happy here. I am always impressed by how well the staff know the children." - Parent Quote
