Our School
Our Grounds
Here at Bradway Primary we are lucky enough to be situated within 4.7 acres of grounds, including our own forest area and school garden. This means we are able to have extensive outdoor play equipment and different areas to choose from for the children to play.
We have an enclosed MUGA (Multi Use Games Area) as well as a school field with two football pitches and a running track.
Our school garden has a vegetable patch and we have a gardening club who look after the fruit and vegetables that we grow.
We have plenty of outdoor picnic benches so that children can eat their packed lunches outside when the weather allows.
We have a decommissioned bus on site which is used as an additional space for a range of activities including accommodating our rather noisy drum lessons!
We are also ideally located within the wonderful area of Bradway with numerous opportunities for local visits within walking distance, such as looking at the lambs in the field of a nearby farm.
Our Classrooms and Buildings
We are a double entry school which means we have two classes per year.
Our year 5 and 6 pupils classrooms are located in our recently extended and renovated year 5/6 block which is separate to the main school building.
We have a purpose built Enrichment Hub within the grounds where we can provide activities for targeted groups as well as offering a space away from the classroom for pupils who may need time out.
