A fireman

Yesterday we had a special visit from a fireman. 

He let us try on his special uniform and explained how it protected him. 

He told us that you have to be very quick at getting changed when you are a fireman.

How fast can you get changed? 

When would you call 999? 

Do you know your address? 

Do you have a smoke alarm? 

We learnt about how it can be very dangerous to play with matches and lighters.
