Lion King Performance - Final Arrangements

To all parents and carers of cast members.

Please note that all children need to arrive at school for 6pm tomorrow and Thursday in order to allow for dressing and make-up. Children should be dropped at the old library entrance. All children need to bring a water bottle with them on the night. Parents and carers should then enter through the main entrance from 6.30pm onwards. Entrance is by ticket only. There are still one or two tickets available for the Wednesday night. Programmes will be on sale for 50p. Friends of Bradway School will be serving refreshments on the night. Please wear something cool as it is likely to be very warm in the hall. If you are not staying to watch on either of the evenings the show should end around 8.20pm so aim to pick your child up from the old library entrance at 8.30pm.

Please note that due to copyright licencing videoing or taking photographs during the performances is not allowed. There will be a chance at the end of each performance to take photos.
