Our Christmas performance is fast approaching. Please ensure that your child knows their words off by heart by Monday, as we will be having rehearsals next week.  Our dress rehearsal is one week today.  We have endeavoured to provide as many costumes as possible for the children, to save you time and money!  However there are a few costumes that we need your help with!

- Narrators and scene announcer - black clothing.
- mice - grey clothing (we have mice hoods in school)
- market sellers - a man's shirt and an apron.
- travellers - a man's shirt and waist tie.
-Roman soldiers - black t.shirt and black trousers (we have tabards in school).  If your child would like to bring a helmet and a sword they are welcome to, but this is not essential.
- angels - Halo or tinsel to go around head (dresses are provided by school).
- shepherds - a man's shirt  and waist tie, plus a tea towel and head tie (e.g.pair of tights)
- goats - wear brown clothes.
We have some animal costumes in school but not enough for everyone.  If you have a cow, mouse, sheep or donkey costume that you are willing to lend us, please could you send it in with your child's name clearly marked?

The costumes for any other characters not listed above will be provided by school.  Many children visited Mrs Smith's costume department this afternoon and were kitted out!
