The power of words...and Pete!

In Literacy we have been learning all about 'Fables' and the moral of the story is..... well they were all different!

On Tuesday we were all star struck when the wonderful Pete McKee came to visit Y4. He talked to us about his inspirations, his style and he even gave us a quick lesson on how to draw in the style of  'Pete McKee' .

Year 4 have been philosophising over the power of words and in particular, how words can hurt. The children were all wonderful and showed great maturity in their understanding.
