Red Nose Day!

In maths this week, we have been estimating, measuring and converting the lengths and heights of various objects and animals, including, the ostrich, giraffe, fairy penguin and, most popular of all, the giant squid. Trundle wheels, metre sticks and rulers at the ready, we ventured out onto the playground to chalk out the actual heights of these creatures to put our learning into context.
