Reflecting on our maths lessons...

Over the next couple of weeks in maths, we are looking at reflection and translation. So far we have reflected shapes and patterns in horizontal, vertical and diagonal mirror lines (reflecting in diagonal lines proved A LOT trickier than we first thought!) To help us visualise symmetry, we used peg boards to create patterns and shapes which we then reflected horizontally, vertically and diagonally. Have a look at some of our pictures below:
