Enterprise Week Day 1

Hello all and sorry about the lack of recent updates!

I hope you found the pictures of Norfolk inspiring to talk about?

Today we began creating, baking and making our different products which we will be selling on Thursday afternoon for Enterprise week.

We are creating delicious Brigadiros - chocolate and fudge balls with a sugary coating (a popular desert in Brazil).

We also made superb looking packages to make the treats attractive on the eye.

We are also selling Brazilian Mocktails on the day to quench your thirst on (hopefully) a hot and sunny afternoon.

The children seemed to enjoy sampling the different variations and have come up with 4 wonderful mixtures for you to try!

We also have fresh popcorn which we can make right before your very eyes and will be held in your own Olympic torch.
